Visiting our cash&carry and Picking up your order is also possible.On delivery we take into account your designated opening hours and closing days. For a smooth delivery, you must specify at least one working day on witch someone can receive your order during office hours. If you are not always present you can specify a delivery address eg. another company, neighbours, family, ... or you can contact us by phone to agree on how the delivery can happen.
If delivery is only possible during limited hours or in case of a third offering, a surcharge can be calculated on the delivery cost. The amount will be communicated in advance. Of course you always have the right to cancel the order.
Payment:At delivery (applies only in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg) / pick-up Payment on delivery can be by check or cash. In our local store we also accept Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.Payment in advance -2% The delivery will be done after receipt of your payment. We first check if all goods are available. Next, a proforma invoice mentioning all payment details, will be sent to you by mail. In return, you receive a 2% discount.By bank transfer This option only applies to public enterprises or in case of prior agreement. Overdue invoices will be raised by a 15% indemnification, with a minimum of 62 Euro, and a monthly 1% interest, without notice.
VAT exemption:VAT exemption applies to purchases in other EU countries by VAT-registered businesses. After selecting your country, click the corresponding check-box if this is the case. A text-box will appear and the order amount will be corrected upon entering your valid VAT number.
Order unit:Ordered quantities that do not correspond to the indicated order unit, will be rounded up to the next dividable quantity. The order unit is the default number shown in the field where you need to enter the desired quantity.
Warranty:All Goods supplied by us carry a manufacturer's warranty for a minimum of 1 year.Agrotel Non-food bvba will repair, replace or return any failed product, at its option, as soon as possible. Note that in some cases returning the product to the manufacturer for repair under warranty, is the only option and could take longer. Never hesitate to give us your feedback if a product doesn't meet your expectations. We might be able to help you with some advise or present a solution to replace it with a better alternative.
Damage or errors in deliveryDamages or errors upon delivery need to be reported within 72 hours. Please provide us a detailed picture and description of the damaged goods, so that we can notify the responsible transportation company. Damages and errors are of course handled by us as soon as possible. In this case, we take responsibility for the delivery and/or return.
Rights policy:Goods purchased via the website, that do not meet your expectations, can be returned to us within 7 days. We can provide you with a better alternative or you will receive a refund for these products. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. If one of these conditions is not met, refund remains possible, but we will charge a fee to compensate the loss of value. Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.
Disputes:In case of dispute, only courts situated in Bruges district are authorised.
